Founded in 1978 by the late engineer Arie Mezer, a Technion graduate (cum laude), Mezer EDCS is a family-owned boutique engineering firm. Arie brought a legacy of megaprojects around the world, from the Daryoush Dam and Fuman Canals in Iran, to the Kabri Springs consolidation and Salt Conveyor in Israel, and major highways, drainage systems, and dams in Nigeria.

These values of technical mastery, field discipline, and long-term responsibility guide us to this day.

Now led by his sons Ron and Oz Mezer, Mezer EDCS continues to manage and supervise public infrastructure projects across Israel. We focus on transportation engineering, safety systems, stormwater drainage, water and sewage infrastructure, telecom utilities, and structural works.

Our strength lies in combining deep experience with personal leadership: every project benefits from our direct involvement.
