Mezer EDCS was founded in 1978 by engineer Arie Mezer R.I.P, Technion (IIT) graduate cum laude, 1960.
The firm was formed to meet the growing need for a comprehensive, regional approach to provide the multisectorial framework and interdisciplinary teams required to successfully plan, design and implement development projects.
The company employs 15 workers, and utilizes teams of specialists from the different engineering, natural and social sciences to meet the individual requirements of each assignment. Physical and human resources are considered on an integral basis in planning project development.
The company specializes in civil engineering as well as urban and interurban infrastructures, including: roads and highways, road saftey, water sewage and drainage pipelines, communication lines, landscaping and construction. Services provided by the company include: project management from inception until completion, overseeing tasks, general and detailed planning - including tenders preparation, consulting, conducting surveys and feasibility studies.
The firm, as well as all of the senior personnel have extensive over-seas experience. They have undertaken projects and worked as individuals in many countries. The firm brings thus to its projects a high standard of professional knowledge tempered by a wide range of practical experience and sound, down-to-earth realism.
